Privacy policy

If you send a message through the support form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, bike and message you provide.

If you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and billing address, the bikes you bought and what you paid, and — only if you choose to tell us — how you heard about us and who referred you.

Card and bank details are entered into Stripe's secure payment form. It appears on our checkout page but runs on Stripe's systems, so those details never reach our servers and we never see or store them.

To answer your enquiry, to process and fulfil your order, to arrange pickup, and to support you afterwards — including warranty claims. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Messages and orders are stored in Google Firebase. Payments are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own record of the transaction. Messages and order notifications may also be delivered by email through our email provider. All of these are processors acting on our behalf.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the support address in the footer and we will action it.
