This site is operated by the business named in the footer. Contact details are on the support page, and that is the fastest way to reach a person.

When online checkout is available, you can buy a bike through this site. Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds and you are shown an order number.

Online orders are for local pickup. After your payment goes through we will contact you to arrange a time to collect the bike.

If we cannot supply a bike you have paid for — for example, if it turns out to be unavailable — we will tell you as soon as we know and refund you in full.

Enquiries sent through the support form are a request, not a completed sale. We will confirm availability and price with you before taking any payment that way.

The price you pay is the price shown when you started checkout. Specifications are the manufacturer's published figures and may change.

The bikes sold here are off-road vehicles. They are not street legal in most jurisdictions and are not sold for road use. You are responsible for checking and following the rules where you ride.

Riders are responsible for wearing appropriate protective equipment. Riding carries risk of serious injury.

Performance, range and charge figures come from the manufacturer and are measured under favourable conditions. Real-world results vary with rider weight, terrain, tyre choice and temperature.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a sale is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
