How our bikes must be ridden, inspected, maintained and charged. Every buyer reads and accepts it before checkout.

ELECTRIC DIRT BIKES ARE NOT TOYS.
They are high-performance motorized vehicles capable of causing serious injury or death.
Before operating a Trailwhip eMotosports vehicle, the owner and rider agree to the following:
1. ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
The rider should wear, at minimum:
- DOT- or otherwise appropriately certified helmet;
- Eye protection;
- Gloves;
- Appropriate riding boots;
- Long pants;
- Long sleeves or protective riding gear; and
- Additional protective equipment appropriate for the riding conditions.
2. RIDE WITHIN YOUR ABILITY
Never ride beyond your experience or physical ability.
Start slowly and become familiar with the vehicle’s acceleration, braking, steering, suspension, and handling before riding aggressively.
3. INSPECT THE VEHICLE
Before every ride, inspect the vehicle, including:
- Brakes;
- Tires and wheels;
- Steering;
- Throttle;
- Chain/belt and drivetrain;
- Suspension;
- Fasteners;
- Battery and electrical connections; and
- Any components that appear damaged or worn.
Do not ride a damaged or malfunctioning vehicle.
4. NEVER RIDE IMPAIRED
Never operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or medication that may impair judgment, coordination, reaction time, or balance.
5. NO UNAUTHORIZED RIDERS
Unless specifically designed and approved for passengers, never carry another person on the vehicle.
6. NO UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS
Modifications can substantially change the performance and safety characteristics of the vehicle.
Do not modify the vehicle in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer specifications or applicable law.
7. USE APPROPRIATE TERRAIN
Operate the vehicle only in locations where its use is permitted and where the terrain is appropriate for the rider’s ability and the vehicle.
8. FOLLOW THE LAW
The owner and rider are responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable laws and regulations governing the vehicle.
9. CHILDREN AND MINORS
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for determining whether a minor is physically and mentally capable of operating the vehicle and for providing appropriate supervision.
10. CHARGING AND BATTERY SAFETY
Use only appropriate chargers and charging procedures.
Never charge a damaged battery.
Never leave a charging battery unattended if prohibited by the manufacturer’s instructions.
Follow all manufacturer battery-storage and charging requirements.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that this vehicle can cause serious injury or death. I agree to operate it responsibly, follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate protective equipment, and comply with applicable laws.
