Shipping policy

Free. We build the bike, charge it, check it over and walk you through it before you ride away. This is how every bike leaves us today.

Delivery outside the local area is not available to order through this site. If you are outside the area, get in touch. Whether we can deliver, how, and what it costs is at our discretion, and we will agree it with you before you pay.

These machines weigh between roughly 120 and 185 lb and carry large lithium batteries, so they move as crated freight rather than parcel.

For any future freight delivery, inspect the crate before signing for it. Signing for a delivery without noting damage makes a damage claim much harder.
