Shipping policy

Free. We build the bike, charge it, check it over and walk you through it before you ride away. This is how every bike leaves us today.

We are still working out delivery outside the local area, and it is not available to order through this site yet.

These machines weigh between roughly 120 and 185 lb and carry large lithium batteries, so they move as crated freight rather than parcel. If you are outside the area, get in touch and we will sort something out with you directly.

For any future freight delivery, inspect the crate before signing for it. Signing for a delivery without noting damage makes a damage claim much harder.
